Be aware. This company will change the price at will with no notification. At first they give you a list of service and what they cost. Then, if the job is not done in the time they estimate, they invoice your automatic payment whatever they say time it to with no explanation or proof of why the extra time was needed. Matter of fact they do not notify you at all other than posting the invoice on the website but there is no information on the extra charges. I believe of I'm given an estimate and the business has to charge more they should notify the customer so we have a chance to accept or leave at the time that was quoted.

I’ve used EcoMaids for a few years now and the last several times I’ve had to go over and re-clean missed spots when the cleaners are not even staying for an entire hour and just rushing through. The staff are always very nice and courteous but I’m disappointed that it seems the quality has gone down recently.

Update: they did offer to have someone come back and touch up the missed areas which I appreciate.

I have been using EcoMaids for years at this point, and walking into my the freshly cleaned house is one of my favorite feelings! When we were a two income home, they allowed us extra time to spend with family on the weekends instead of focusing on cleaning. Now, they are a great save for my back so I can keep up with the day to day cleaning and they do the big stuff that is tough on me. They do a fantastic job, and are always friendly and helpful. I have recommended them to friends, and would recommend them to anyone!
