This company is not right...... if I pay my bill on the 5th every month why did you tell me my bill due on the 4th.. and then they cut your phone off at 8:00 p.m when I know the phone don't supposed to go off until 12:00 a.m

We have been using their service for three months and have had to call customer service multiple times every month in order to get the service we are paying for. My husband's phone has now had 25 days without the data we paid for and they are still unable to resolve the issue. We have called customer service at least 10 times this month alone and still do not have data services. Needless to say, this has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a telephone company. We are looking to switch soon.
