The rooms should be cheaper. We were checked into a dirty room. Then into a "cleaned" room. They are not clean. & the people around it are sketchy. Makes you uncomfortable to be outside. Good location though. Large room and it's quiet for the most part. Good cable tv.n

Positive: Within short biking distance to Hotter 'N Hell Bike Tour venue/starting line. Outside temperatures very hot, but room A/C worked well. Quiet area; seemed safe. Staff very nice and helpful; provided free waters/Gatorades to cyclists. Enjoyed Pool. Negative: A/C leaked water onto floor in room. No hot breakfast. Wish there were more restaurants in close walking distance. But would stay here again.

True story...was denied a pre-paid room because I asked to be in the building adjacent to the office. Night manager went ballistic saying I didn't think he took care of the hotel. As he paced back and forth ranting and having an argument with himself I remained calm and spoke mildly and calmly hoping he would gain control of himself. I confirm with Choice Hotels that my room was credited back to my account and told by the phone agent it would be and she was kind enough to stay on the line in case the night agent did more than have an event of words. Shaken I returned to my car safe thankful to the phone agent for her calm in contrast to what I witnessed and had directed to me.

Whew… I don’t know where to start really. There were alot of red flags staying at this hotel. First off I want to say the staff was absolutely amazing. They were so nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable. But the quality of the hotel is a very big problem. The pictures online look completely DIFFERENT than what it looks like in person. When I walked in my room there was a stench that I couldn’t really pin point what it was. The bathtub still had hair in it, I saw a couple of dead bugs near the walls and there was a toothbrush behind my bed. There were long strands of hair on my pillows but there were no bed bugs! The rooms don’t have a coffee maker or any blow dryers for hair. It was also concerning that they were charging $1 for water in the lobby. To my knowledge hotels are supposed to have some form of free water available to guest. Thankfully they didn’t charge me for the water I got because the card machine was broken. The lobby smelled like weed majority of the time and they don’t actually serve breakfast so I don’t know why that’s falsely advertised, their “continental breakfast” is coffee. Another thing that bothered me really bad is the sketchy people. I saw a review that said they harbor fugitives at the hotel and I started to believe it the longer I stayed. I’m a 21 year old black female and I was absolutely terrified to leave my room by myself. Every time my husband went back to base he told me not to leave my room again because he didn’t want anyone seeing me alone. Me and my husband were very disappointed at the quality of this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

Absolutely disgusting!! Upon staying the first night, we noticed blood drops on the comforter I was sleeping under. So foul!!! Manager was very rude, short and made it seem like I was bothering her by bringing this to her attention and requesting a ONE night refund. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere cleaner!!!

The room is clean. Pillows are great. Plenty of outlets to charge devices. Tv works. WiFi works great. Front desk friendly. But, there is no breakfast only coffee in the lobby . No coffee maker in the room. No hair dryer. Nowhere to put a suitcase except on the floor or a small round table. Both of us used the floor. One chair in a room that sleeps 4. Vanity light works if bathroom light is on. Three story building with outside doors and no elevator. No restaurant nearby except for Arby’s. .

Don't stay there got into a room it was dirty and first thing I saw when walked in is roaches I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here and they are so cheap that they can't fix there furniture right everything was just glued together with wood glue worse place I've ever stayed at. Didn't even stay the night

We had no hiccups, came in 10 minutes before closing on a weekend, they were able to hook us up with the right room, inexpensive and a good value!

The management is excellent here, with kind housekeeping and good workers on the desk, they resolved a problem that someone else was having immediately with understanding and ease, then helped us check out easily. A very good stay!
