I’ve just called them to ask about their services regarding bedbugs. When I pointed the fact that a 2 hour intervention for a thermic and chemical treatment sounds like it is fast, the guy just hung up on me. I won’t use the services of such unprofessional people!

Recomand din tot sufletul!
Cea mai buna firma la care am apelat, de la personal, oameni respectuosi, prietenosi si deschisi în a va oferi ajutorul de care aveti nevoie, la modul de lucru, care s a dovedit a fi de mare profesionalism și seriozitate. Și au dat silința, ca si cum dădeau la ei acasă.
Datorita echipei ( Iordache Alex, Barbu Daniel, Dica Lucian, Catalin si nu numai ei, toti lucreaza extraordinar garantez ) am reușit sa scăpăm, cu un caz destul de grav de plosnite, aprox 5 luni, după 4 tratamente.
Va mulțumim și aici Ecoprest!

Nu recomand. Am ajuns la ei cu speranta ca vor face ce n-au reusit alte firme de dezinsectie asa cum ei se marketeaza pe site dar am dat 1000 lei degeaba pe tratamentele termice. Am ales pachetul mai scump si fara rost. Cand i-am sunat si le-am spus ca inca sunt plosnite, tipa de la telefon nu dadea doi bani desi pe foaia primita de la ei scria ca avem garantie. Ea sustinea intruna ca nu ofera nicio garantie si cu nonsalanta mi-a inchis conversatia. Dezamagita. O firma care doar stie sa ia banii omului si habar n-au cum sa discute cu clientul. O sa depun si plangere la ANPC oricum.

Tin sa specific ca la data efectuari aparatul termic nu a functionat,iubitul meu fiind de fata,cand de altfel angajatul vostru a sunat la firma pentru instructiuni.
Altfel spus ati facut o dezinsectie necorespunzatoare motiv pentru care voi depune o plangere penala la parchet unde ne vom si intalni.
