We were using another pest control service that was completely ineffective in reducing the mosquitoes. We would have thousands of mosquitoes at the front and back doors. When we switched they used a different method to treat that safer for other bugs (like fireflies) and we no longer have a mosquito problem. We now use them for general pest control too. Sarah is very knowledgeable and the treatments are the most effective we have ever seen. We will never use anyone else.

We contacted this company early in the morning after realizing we had not only a pest problem but a rodent issue. We also were in a huge time crunch as we needed our space cleaned and ready for operation in less than 2 weeks. Sarah (the owner) texted me back almost immediately. She asked several questions and gave me options for a time when we could meet. As it turned out, the only date that would work within our time crunch was the same day. She was coming from another town but offered to come late that evening. She was on time and very professional. She not only set us up to conquer both the pests and rodents but also gave many tips to help us control this issue moving forward.

I have never met anyone who is as incredibly knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to pest care like Sara and her team. I recently had an ant issue, and instead of just blasting my yard with general pest or fire ant solution, Sara took ant samples from my yard, took them back to her lab and researched/tested to see exactly which type of ants she’d be dealing with and treated accordingly. What? Any other service would have assumed they were fire ants, and mistreated my yard with unnecessary chemicals and called it a day. Not Sara - she is very passionate about what she does and it shows. Not only is she deeply respectful to her clients and our homes, but also to the natural world.

Sarah is amazing!!! She shows such intentionality when working with me. She has so much patience and care as she wants to help me understand what she’s doing and why I’m having pest problems and/or how to avoid in future.

I had a bed bug scare and she came over instantly and went above and beyond to put my fears at ease.

I also have a mosquito problem that is so intense due to the lot behind me so she’s personalizing my yard’s treatment as it’s very unique. A lot of the conventional mosquito treatments won’t work in my yard due to the conditions behind my back fence. She was honest about that instead of trying to make a quick sale and is actively helping me figure out what will work with my yard.
