I'd advise others to steer well clear of this company. They seem to employ some rather underhand tactics, locking clients into lengthy contracts with YGP at rates significantly above market, often well before renewal dates. It's also worth noting that they apparently don't record their pre-sales calls, which unfortunately can facilitate mis-selling. A rather shady operation, in my experience.

I can only review the service provided by Joel , where he has been great trying to find a supplier for a small business. Where previously, I've been taken advantage of by EDF .
Friendly , honest service, and hopefully I'll save some money .

Clearly not bothered about their reputation or potential customer care. They keep bothering us, asking to speak to the business owner “regarding the renewal”.

Latest message asks me to “Please call back when possible as he advised he is your energy supplier.” Untrue - they do not supply us.

We have no contract with them and have had to contact them previously to clarify this and told them not to contact us again – which they agreed. Despite that they continue to harass us.

Next stop will be reporting them to the Data Commissioner

Awful company AVOID AVOID AVOID
Several calls I’ve had now with this company claiming that my contract is up for renewal - which it isn’t for another year. They try to make you panic and sign up for a new contract claiming to be calling from Valda Energy when they are not. One employee ‘Nicole’ I believe her name was, is incredibly rude and cemented the fact that I would never use this company even when my contract is actually up for renewal. Cowboys
