Salesman helped me find a plan that supported my concerns and needs. We found a length of contract I was comfortable with. These photos are of my lawn and my two pets. Ecoshield helps me maintain a great looking pet friendly lawn. I’d recommend them.

Damaged my gutter, did not knock down older wasp nests on previous two visits, cut me off whenever I tried to speak. Failed to do a thorough visual inspection. Tried to leave without completing spraying. Not the company for me. Sorry, not sorry.

Garbage service. First… I sold pest control for a year. I feel pest control sales is all revenue based. I’m now a business owner as a general contractor and understand customer service. Sales person literally spent several HOURS at my house (Mark Still), offered to Venmo me to get the sale, pulled out his ID and said he’s a veteran and would never lie that he focuses on quality and how EcoShield is so different than any other pest control company because they charge more so they can afford to do quality work. It’s trash… I sent them a video today of yesterdays service and there’s I’d guess about 20-25 spider webs about the size of a basketball in the eves, railing, swing and all over. The tech rang the doorbell asked what I wanted the focus on, I said spider webs and pointed out the many that were near us—he cleaned up none then lied on the report saying he did. Their own gps says he pulled in 23 minutes after the hour and pulled out 39 minutes after the hour, so including time he spent to get out of the car, talk to me etc he likely serviced less than 10 minutes for the $185 fee. I sent them videos of the current state and they said they agree clearly the tech didn’t do what he claimed in his report…Customer service after hours of wasted time said the best they could do is a 50% refund after absolutely garbage work and a salesperson who lied in so many ways. Trash company. Avoid.

8/12 update: it’s been about a week. Their reasoning was that they did a quick treatment because it was the break the egg cycle treatment and that they couldn’t refund more than 50% “because they did spray product” I have spiders worse than ever and webs coming up everywhere. Was better off with the local ma and pa shop I switched from. Stay away from these trashy people.

I had a treatment done on a Tuesday to get rid of my wasps. They knocked off the nests and sprayed. By Friday of the same week the wasps had already started building new nests. I called to have somebody come out here and retreat the areas. I was told they couldn’t come out for 30 days. I told him that clearly their product does not work or there was an issue because they are coming back already and the customer service agent did not care. She said we cannot send anybody out for 30 days. I asked to cancel and of course they make you pay a fee. I talked to the original sales agent and he said he would try to get someone out here in the next couple days.

Very professional looking and clean cut. Service was done with Mike and another guy, they were very quick working as a team, one in and one outside. Once they eventually got here it was good (almost 3 hours from the time the salesman texted and called me that they would be, only 20 minute window). They didnt review anything like the salesman said, just said they were done and they would come back if needed. I was skeptical that they even did any good (because they were so fast), since the next morning there were more bugs out on the porch than before (nasty boxelder bugs). However, coming home after a day out, all of those bugs were dead on the cement. I guess they crawled out from hiding to die in my view. And who knew I had these big ugly spiders (pics included)!

Inconsiderate and disrespectful at best, dangerous at worst! EcoSheild was at my neighbor's house and was apparently treating for a mice/rat issue. They were parked in front of my house and used my park strip to prepare the products. We could see they had buckets of what appeared to be a granules and were filling other containers while on my lawn. After they left, I found a wrapper on my lawn, see attached photo, that originally contained rodent bait.

We have a new puppy and I walk her out there a few times a day and now I'm worried that the tech spilled some of the bait on our lawn. The wrapper was right where he was preparing the bait stations, so if he is careless and inconsiderate enough to leave the wrapper, I wouldn't trust he went out of his way to be careful not to spill the actual poison on our lawn.

Ecosheild you can do better than this! Pick up your garbage and I hope that is not common practice to be preparing poison over a non-clients yard. For those that request this kind of service, do yourself and your neighbors a favor and keep an eye on what these companies are doing with their products.

Called the Company to understand what they put down and how long it would last on my lawn if it was spilled and they were of no help.

After seeing one mouse, technician Zack spent 20 mins in the attic (not even where we saw the mouse) and then provided this quote of more than $13,000 to deal with the problem. $13,000. Dude didn’t even take any pictures. He said he just did a job for the neighbors up the street for $33,000. If you’re looking for quality service at a reasonable price, this is not the place. I called the customer service line to see if they had an explanation. I got a call center in the Philippines so I asked them to transfer me to the local office. They refused. I told them I wanted to give them a chance to explain the ridiculous quote before I post it online. They said, “go ahead and post it”. Classy. Anyways, I’m a man of integrity (unlike Zack) and I keep my word, so here it is. Make sure you have a loan officer on the other line if you call these guys for a quote.

The folks at Ecoshield have been awesome to work with! I normally have the same few technicians (Dustin, Dalton, and Thomas), so they know my place and the problems I’m normally trying to manage. They’re fast, but thorough and always ask if there’s anything new they need to address. Super professional all around.

I had to call recently to get an additional service for inside my house and they include those services for free if you gave a quarterly contract! Their customer care team is as good as the techs. Lynn was the woman that helped me on the phone and she was extremely friendly and took care of my request right away. She got me a service day 48 hours after my call.

Extremely disappointed. We've had the worst bug issues that we have ever had since getting EcoShield. We have webs all over, our eves and front porch are covered in a mosquito/mayfly web mess like it never has been before. We have more mouse activity than before they came. I had to go out and remove the bug webs and add mouse traps because they simply didn't do enough. I emailed the office and was ignored. I called the office and was told my wife would have to be the one to call in because I'm not the primary person on the account. I haven't been able to get my wife to call in. Mind you, they still DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! They know full well that we think the job they are doing is crap and have done nothing to mitigate it. They haven't "come back out" or tried to fix it. These guys are the worst pest control company we have ever dealt with. I will go back to doing my own pest control. It's a 1/3 of the cost and much more effective.
