Worst company EVER. Horrendous customer service. You get routed to a call center in India. Long holds. Make you jump through a ton of hoops to cancel service. They'll try to put you on hold every two seconds to waste your time in hopes you'll just give up. I told them the reason for cancellation was that the house BURNED down in the Palisades fire and the rep tried to put me on hold again, I refused, then she asked if I wanted to pause service until August. I SAID THE HOUSE BURNED TO THE GROUND. Quality of work is questionable. Agree with another reviewer that the majority of their reviews are fake. Don't use this company. Highly unscrupulous scam artist company.

Frank Barile was very helpful and informative when inspecting our house. He identified multiple areas of concern and was kind, respectful, attentive and competent. I appreciate his service.

Fernando was really fantastic. He was thorough, informative, super friendly, and really went above and beyond. He spent time explaining the service, tactics we could do to reduce bugs around our house, and gave us general tips and helpful info. He even was about to leave and then saw a spiderweb he missed and came back to clean it up.
