I called in to get my balance. When I asked if I could pay online Liza said I could, but I could not find a link that would allow me to pay online. Liza helped point me to the right link by sending me an email to it and I was able to pay my bill without having to set up auto pay. She was polite, knowledgeable and helped resolve my issue in a timely manner. The service is still up in the air on how well it works but customer service has been good so far.

I was satisfied with their company until recently. During my last "service", the technician had to stop because of rain but assured me that EcoShield would follow up and reschedule someone to come out and finish the service. That didn't happen. Instead, I was charged for a service that I did not receive and they will not do anything to rectify the situation. Their "customer service" line is also pitiful.

EDIT: They know my account. They have not answered the emails.

I spoke with Oshin and she was very helpful. She explained the billing process as I thought I should not have been charged and confirmed the next service and billing cycle. She explained how the service works and when I should not be charged. I am very satisfied with EcoShield as the technicians know what needs to be done and makes recommendations as to what the customer should do as well.

I reached out to Eco Shield and their customer service as I had to cancel their services. However, KAY was wonderful and she was able to take care of my request in a timely and efficient manner. This was probably the best Customer Service experience I have ever had! Thank you KAY!

The way this company schedules is ridiculous.

Even if you're on a plan, you can't book ahead- every month you just get a text of when they have decided to put you on the schedule. Meaning you almost always have to call and reschedule to get a time that's convenient for you to be home to let them in. You can't tell them what days and times are convenient for you - only a day OR a time. For example, if you work from home Monday and Friday mornings and that's when you want serviced, you can only let them know you are available Monday and Friday, or mornings, BUT. NOT BOTH! So stupid and ridiculous. I'm so sick of having to call and reschedule something that should be seamless.

I have never been treated so well by every person I dealt with at any company. From the original salespeople (Cody and James), to the tech (Justin) who treated my home inside and out and answered all my questions, to the person I spoke with when I had to cancel (Francis) because I was moving out of their service area. What a great group of people! Fantastic Customer Service!
