Mr. Chad and Mr. Michael are nothing short of heros! We've had a "little visitor" in our attic ever since Hurricane Milton. The EcoSmart team came straight away. They were kind, professional, thorough, and very considerate to both us humans and the little guy that needed to find a new home. Not only did they have a plan to catch and release the animal, their plan included needed repairs to keep this from happening again. We are so pleased with their presentation and professionalism, that we won't hesitate to contact them if needed in the future. We needed a regular pest control company and I chose EcoSmart because of their reviews. I’m here to add another glowing review. First, the initial inspection of our St Pete Beach condo was easy and a good insight into areas I hadn’t thought about being an issue. Then Mike and Mike came out and did an extremely thorough job treating our place. They removed and treated behind outlets, treated around and inside cabinets, took care of the exterior of the condo with treatment and removed webs. They were personable, and even gave my cat some love. I would highly recommend this company!

Techs arrive on time. They are friendly, respectful and professional. They do not rush their services and take time to get it right. My partner has had a stroke and has limited mobility but has to be the one home when your techs come. They are very patient and so respectful with him, which is very much appreciated. It took two yucky bugs (one was over our bed) sleeping comfortably like us for me to say “get thee away roachmaster!” I called EcoSmart cause like everyone said on here, they got great reviews and you don’t want to mess with a pest control company who don’t know their stuff! Mike D came over, gave us an encyclopedia knowledge of roaches and ants - hey the more you know! We discussed pricing options and got a great deal! The next day we got two Mikes and they used their eco friendly pesticide power to get rid of the bugs, their mommas and their cousins too!! Both guys were so personable (got some great restaurant and furniture references) and made us feel more comfortable of not worrying about these pests trying to get in from the Florida streets! Thank you guys again and yes please use them! You may graduate with a Masters of Entomology messing with these guys!!!!
