Used by the Tax office but when it came to end of dealings message appears saying this service unavailable, poor to the extreme from this company and the tax office to deal with them

Not to be trusted. I transferred some money from my current account through to Hargreaves Lansdowne, and it has to go through this company, for some reason. Transfer was lost. So that looks like theft to me!
