Smashed our sky glass, burst our pipe with their nail after insulation (they tried to blame us) causing extensive mould and damage of the interior of the house and furniture. Put holes on our walls bays because of insulation insertion and the list is ENDLESS. It’s been 7 months, now they left us in the dark with incomplete work. Amanda is the worst at dealing with all of this, unprofessional and a liar, always keep it written via email, as she lies about things even if it’s written.THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN THE DARK. Amanda is the worst at dealing with all of this, unprofessional and a liar, always keep it written via email, as she lies about things even if it’s written. Abusive worker (roofing workers) who told my dad to get out of his own property because they got caught damaging our property and proceeded to record our faces on his phone breaching GDPR. I’m aware they have damaged other peoples properties. That’s why avoid, otherwise you will pay the price of all the damage or do their job by chasing up things to do their job. The felt roof in my kitchen extension required changing, I never got around doing it for a few years and then suddenly one afternoon Zainab Akbar knocks at my door. Initially I thought it was another sale scheme but Zainab explained to me the GB insulation scheme. I had a lot of questions but Zainab patiently answered all my questions and was very polite.
She booked the house for a survey in two days time. The survey was carried out and an extractor fan was also identified.
Within the next 48hours I had both the felt roof installed and the extractor fan installed.
The roofing and the electrical company used by ECO target were very professional. Very satisfied with their work.
In one week, Zainab first visit to completion of work, amazing. I was not expecting this kind of super service.
Just a week ago I also received the insurance certificate for felt roof insulation work carried out.
Zainab also followed up recently on the work carried out.
Amazing service. Nowadays this is extremely rare to get a company and a service like Zainabs.

Absolutely terrible customer service. After registering interest in their services I got an initial email from Alexandra, which I replied to...and since then I've heard nothing for four months, despite repeated follow-ups by email and by phone. One time we seemed to be getting somewhere, in that somebody actually answered the phone, but after telling me Alexandra would call me back in a few minutes I've once again had zero contact. Judging by this experience, and that of many other reviewers here, EcoTarget is a joke of a company and not to be trusted. Avoid.

I am waiting for more then year for my external wall panel done by these eco targets every time I call these staff they said give us 10 minutes we call you I think these ten minutes come in year 2050 last time I call these ladies sitting in this office they ask me oh can you delete your comment then we can come to do survey at your home I said ok I do after that now when I am calling no body pick my phone very good policy of this company 😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎

The company not enough professional , they not return back to your questions on thime. Their staff is not listening to you hey dont bother are you happy or not; but only the guy (George ) he is well professional and hard worker

Had the luck of dealing with Hardeep & Ranjeet through the entire process of having external insulation/rendering done at my property and it could not have gone any better! From the initial instruction to proceed up until the end, they were extremely expeditious and I cannot find a fault with their service.

I would strongly recommend Eco Target, should you be looking into this yourself.

Absolutely terrible aftercare. Eco Target had been contracted my the Governments Warmer Homes scheme to provide elderly people and those on a low income with radiators, and extractor fans for their homes. Quick to do the work so they can get paid but if there's any issues with the installation you will not be able to get hold of them to fix repairs. My bathroom fan broke down twice in under 12mths. I have been trying to get hold of the owners Pav and Ranj for 2 weeks with no joy. It's obvious that there's no financial gain from fixing a job they that failed to complete properly. Shop else where or be prepared to pay for another contractor to pick up their mess.

Excellent service from Zainab who initially looked into my property and conducted a survey. Within a couple of weeks the work had started. Speaking also with Amanda from Eco target who explained what will be happening and when I had Issues I was able to email/call although some took longer than others it got sorted In the end.
Really happy with the service of which I have recommended to many others.
