The office takes a long time organising anything but the guys (Andy and Frank) who came to refit my solar panels after having a new roof were great! Not only refitted them but also gave them a good clean and fitted pigeon mesh. Very good workers! A big asset to the company.

We are currently 6 weeks behind on moving house because they are impossible to contact to change over ownerships of the panels. Their fiance department don't answer email or reply to messages, You can't actually talk to a human. Both myself and the solicitor are trying to contact them but they just don't answer. Put similar review on trust pilot and got told to contact them though an email which was done , but again no reply, now at wits end because of their failure to communicate

Ecovision were very quick to respond to our enquiries and showed a good understanding of what we wanted as clients. Everything is up and working well. Special mention goes to the speedy and helpful electrician who finished off the work!

The men that came and put the netting round my solar panels did a good job, they were very friendly and cleared up after themselves, it’s so nice to finally have some peace no more cuckooing.

Absolute incompetence - took my mom's meter out, installed a new meter but never registered it so no idea what energy generation they were recording and claiming. Solar panels have had issues and the company has failed to rectify the problems even after 9.5 weeks. Support staff are clueless.
