Lovely company to deal with. A visit was arranged quickly, they were friendly and helpful in helping us understand what could be done and the costs involved. Also a quick and very reasonable quote. Very responsive to emails and calls. Laurie was great at keeping in touch.

Recommended to us by my sister-in-law (who had their name from another satisfied customer), Ecowarmth have been out to us in Roath several times over the past few years for a variety of jobs including a new boiler, new kitchen taps, new radiator in the bathroom and other minor repairs. Always prompt, reliable, pleasant, efficient and fairly priced. Thanks to Ewan for the most recent fix.

We always use them for our yearly boiler service.
But, when we do have an emergency/pipe leak, they go above and beyond, they are professional, friendly and very reasonable priced, would highly recommend.
P.s. we did have our boiler fitted by them years ago too, and can't fault that service and price too.

We have just had a completely new bathroom from top to bottom and Ecowarmth was recommended to us.I am so glad they installed it as they did a first class job from beginning to end.Everything was organized by the very efficient office staff who were always there to answer any questions I had.
We went away on holiday and came back to a brilliant new bathroom. We are so pleased with the quality of the work and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

If there's a better firm than this, then I'd like to know about it. I've dealt with them from Warmer Home days and they've never let me down. Everything from boiler servicing to bathroom refits has been carried out to perfection. This week a stained carpet at my 93-year-old housebound cousin's home revealed a leaking rad. It was replaced in two days with minimum fuss, much to my worried cousin's satisfaction. And the fitter even cleaned the carpet.
