I love my system that I’ve had for two years now and had a great experience today with Pete, who came out to do my service. He was super helpful and informative explaining to me what was going on with my system and my water – he was so kind to even take his shoes off before coming in since there was some ick in the street that I didn’t want tracked in … stellar experience and I am glad I chose this company to work with

Pete Sallas was our Water Technician that stopped by to evaluate and fix our water softner. He knew exactly what was wrong and already had the part needed with him to fix it. We have a ecosystem water softener that was recently installed.
We called to have someone come out to check the softness and to make sure we knew which outlets had softened water. Pete came and thoroughly checked out everything and explained the system to us . He was kind, patient and didn't mind answering a multitude of questions. Many thanks Pete for your patience and help.

Jose was on time actually early which I really appreciated. Thanksgiving week had lots to do. He was polite, patient with explanations. Left garage area clean.
