They came and did the job very efficiently. They had to move a gas pipe so that my new oven fitted. However when 2 weeks later we had a gas leak in the exact same spot they refused to acknowledge that it could be there work and wouldn't help fix the problem. As it turned out another gas engineer had to redo some of their work and it cost me £93. So far they have refused to return any calls or messages to try and fix the problem.

I think to write whats happened its too long but....in short... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...we are out of 15k.
Who give 5 star it must be family and friends!

"We would recommend the Ecowelle very highly. Everything about the work was excellent and we are extremely happy with the finished job. Communication, knowledge, attention to detail and obvious passion for giving their clients the best possible job made the project a much more pleasant experience than we were expecting. The team of engineers and craftsmen were all very reliable, hardworking and respectful of our home and neighbours. There is nothing we could criticise.”

Such a horrible people. Poor quality workmanship. Ended up paying three times the amount quoted. New boiler failed in seven months. Never recommend to any body.
