UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR WORKMANSHIP, RUDE STAFF.
AVOID, AVOID , AVOID.

This company are an absolute disgrace. They left my house in such a state after "installing" insulation. They started this work in March and the work is still incomplete (8 months later). My emails are being ignored, and the company have down-right refused to repair the damage they caused.

The installation is done so incredibly bad that they damaged my property and left it in a worse state. I have plenty of emails, texts and images for proof.

- Radiators left leaking which I had to call an emergency plumber to fix (I've still not been reimbursed for this as agreed).

- Water damage to my brand new carpets after severe leaks (An Eco-wise third party plumber actually slit into our carpets to check for leaks and left them as shown in the photos).
- Upon Survey it was agreed I would received loft insulation - Eco wise still haven't done this.

- The guys installing our insulation did such a poor job as they came late and left early every day. We still have lots of outstanding work to be completed. An example of this would be the windowsill has a piece of wood fastened to it because they didn't have a windowsill long enough.

- Still missing parts for the trickle vents on the windows.

- General tidiness after work was poor. Carpets left dirty and plaster dried onto them.

- Painter/decorator still not been allocated do to the unfinished installation.

I've spoken to various people within this company, all extremely unhelpful and rude. I've had the phone hung up on me, emails ignored and one of their directors making jests to me about my damaged property. I know of 3 houses that have used ecowise local to myself, that have very similar issues.

The installation was done so poorly that the third party plumber eco-wise hired to fix the leak that they caused, commented on how much of a poor job it was and he was going to discuss it with him for future houses.

A large group of various skilled workers. These guy's did a great job of insulation which included plastering, electrical and carpentry on my house. Each one of them worked extremely hard in what was a short space of time. They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and respectful. Lovely, friendly guy's, it was a pleasure to have them all in my house. I would highly recommend this team of workers, the job they did was brilliant, well done and thanks again guys!

I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony’s team who have been nothing but amazing towards me and my children! Working around us being kind when my children were running wild! They have done an amazing job at sorting my house out after the state it was in! They were so fun to be around and I’ll actually be sad once the work is over! 😂 lovely group of lads and would recommend them to anybody 🤍

I had my loft insulated today and the installers, Liam and Lee, were very hard working, polite and efficient. They were quick and made sure I was happy with the job before they left. I received excellent service from John in the office who kept me informed every step of the way. I can highly recommend this company.

They continued to work to a high standard finishing every minor detail.

Welshy and his Mrs knocked it out the park here early 7-8am, stayed until 4-30/5pm.
Very hard working, clean too, always cleaning where the mess was made.
I enjoyed meeting the team and seeing them work.
They also offered to buy me lunch a few times.
Work is very good, big job and well handled.
So a big thanks to Welshy and the Mrs.
