The whole process from start to finish was very friendly and informative , Les (Director) came round to explain the process and to give us a comprehensive & competitive quote for solar& batteries, which we accepted. Installation date agreed and the crew turned up and carried out the work professionally & cleaning up as they go. The whole process took 2 days with the commissioning being carried out by Malcolm on the second day. I would just like to say a big thank you to all and would highly recommend them .

Extremely happy with the whole process undertaken by Ecowise Renewables Ltd. Having already completed extensive research with lots of other installers, it was refreshing to deal with someone who listened to what we wanted to achieve, rather than what they wanted to sell you. Everything was explained clearly and the price was competitive. We really appreciated the honest feedback and advice given. The installation day went very smoothly, and everything was completed to plan. Very happy with the system and love running our washing machine from the solar during the day!

We had solar panels fitted to our property. The work was done in a day with no disruption to our routine. The product is good quality and works very efficiently. Extremely professional service, right from the introduction and explanation through to the fitting and installation. Even when the App didn’t work straight away they were more than courteous in returning at a time suitable for myself and explaining how it works.

Very happy with the initial contact from Ecowise Renewables, with the solution offered, the work undertaken and the after-sales support. They have been easy to deal with, have answered question and queries promptly and provided all the support requested.
The new inverter seems to be more efficient than the original, and the battery storage has meant we have not taken as much power from the grid. We have only had the installation for a couple of months, so too early to comment on the reliability of the inverter and battery, but we do not have any concernes. All working well, thank you.
