Prompt delivery of samples, allowing plenty of time to show my customer this solid composite decking against all other cavity (hollow) ones out there, personally I think it's a better alternative and plus the price is effective , also more advantages of fitting it . Keeping extra material prices down for the customer . Hopefully will be ordering soon 👍

Terrible communication. Told me I'd get a delivery in Wednesday and it didn't arrive. Didn't even have the courtesy of calling to say it wasn't arriving. Lost £400 on getting people in to install the roof and then I've had to chase them this morning as yet again, noone could be bothered to call me. This is zero for customer service. If the driver couldn't deliver then he should've told the company. My customer stayed until 8pm to await the said arrival. Learn to tell your drivers to communicate and
practice what you preach, so it doesn't cost others. I bet this isn't the first time. Take the money and then screw the customer!

We used edecks for our decking project. We are really happy with the end result. Customer service was really good and very helpful advising me with quantities required for my project. The pricing was really competitive compared to other companies. We used evergrain french grey.

Purchased a 4.5m x 4.5m decking...
Ended up choosing the reject decking board....got a few bad boards and just used them on the ends...but overall ended up with some decent decking..
Will 100% recommend edecks and will use them if needed again

I suspect most of these are fake reviews

I must admit I was tempted to buy their "reject" decking with spares and see if I could make something out of it, but I spent the extra and bought the normal ones instead. Like others have said, the company sprinkles in reject boards to see what they can get away with. 10 out of 48 boards were unusable, in one case literally half a board in width! Other boards were borderline, but we thought we'd make do - bad knots, splits, chips, etc.

We ordered it "cut to size" but none of it was cut to size. They were all different lengths and cuts were curved or diagonal - are they using a jigsaw?

We're 2 boards short too, so incomplete. They try to get you to agree to keep and have a discount. They eventually agree to exchange the reject boards, but we're still 2 boards short. A terrible useless company.

Given them one last chance before I go down the dispute process. TBH I suspect that these 5 star reviews are bought reviews and wonder if any journalists are willing to do some digging.

Delivery of decking and post spikes all ok and in good condition. The driver offered an exceptional service and helped me carry it all around the back of my house instead of dropping and go.
First class service and will be using again shortly for more decking. The chunky 32mm Dusty decking is superb quality for a great value price.

My 2nd order just received, great service once again.
