I’ve been trying to cancel my account since the 10th of Feb, despite calling multiple times and emailing their complaints team I haven’t received a call back from my ‘account manager’. Doing the simplest thing and trying to return their water cooler is proving to be impossible and their customer support js so unhelpful. Prior to this delivery of water was unpredictable. Haven’t had the best experience
