EDF Power Solutions UK is a subsidiary of EDF Group, a global energy giant. The UK arm specifically concentrates on the development, operation, and sale of electricity. They distinguish themselves through a dedication to integrating renewable energy sources into their portfolio. This strategic direction is increasingly important as the UK government pushes for a transition towards cleaner energy alternatives. This suggests a need for improvements in customer service and potentially in the clarity of their pricing structures. It is important to note that the volume of reviews is relatively low, limiting the statistical significance of the average rating. When evaluating EDF Power Solutions UK as a potential energy supplier, prospective customers should carefully consider their specific energy needs and compare the company’s offerings with those of competitors. It’s crucial to scrutinize the terms and conditions of the supply agreement, paying particular attention to pricing structures, contract lengths, and any potential additional charges. Furthermore, investigating the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and its progress towards achieving its renewable energy targets is advisable. The company’s geographic focus on the UK, coupled with its established presence in Edinburgh, positions it as a viable option for customers seeking a domestically-oriented energy provider.

These people are utterly disgusting. My account was in credit for about £ 400 for over a year. Now the prices are going down 12.3% from 1st April (and are forecast to go down further in the following months), winter is ending and my consumption will reduce considerably, and what does EDF do? Increase my direct debit payment by 30%.
These DERANGED people are so GREEDY it is enough to make one sick. Shame on you EDF.

I now left EDF. They tried to charge me 880 pounds for 4 months of usage due to their estimations. I tried to sort this with their customer service (which wasn't helpful at all) and my only resort was to change companies. Three months after I left my readings aren't even close to their estimation. Still disputing this...
