Jack competitively quoted for pigeon guano cleanup in a loft, including some joinery work. The quote was appreciated by the collective owners of the tenement building, as it had a breakdown of work to be done, including pictures of the issue.

Expectations for work starting and ending were managed and communicated well. We got Jack and his team in early which was a bonus.

Work was done to a high standard and they left the property clean.

Upon finishing work, a final report was issued with pictures, which was useful for reference by owners. Invoicing/payment was also clear and easy.

In summary, excellent value for the work rendered, communications were maintained throughout the process.

A distressing rat invasion of a ground floor flat. Jack was kind, respectful, and reassuring. Once the little terrors had ceased their night raids, he was thorough in investigating how they were likely gaining access and did an experienced job of preventing any future visits. He gave a very fair price for his work. A completely positive experience (furry ones excepted). I will recommend EES to everyone. A company with integrity. Thank you.

Jack was very professional, fairly priced, responsive to my query and quick to come and do the job asked.
I had an issue of a pigeon roosting on my balcony and he not only proofed it neatly and effecfively with spikes to stop it coming back but cleaned the mess the pigeon had left, leaving my place sparkling.
Would 100% recommend for anyone with issues of unwanted animal guests.

We had squirrels in the flat roof space of our house. They got in through a small gap between the old and new parts of the roof. There is no access to the flat roof space.
Jack visited and laid traps with no success, he then sourced a trap that sat on top of the fence gate, on the route to the roof gap. The squirrels were then caught over a week using that trap.
Jack has now sealed the gap.
Jack was very patient, kept us informed, and visited regularly to check the trap I would have no hesitation in recommending EES.
