I ordered 4 heaters, of which 2 arrived late and had both been opened. The customer service advisor Louise Johnson (who is also the HR/Sales Manager) dealt with me poorly and refused to cover the costs of sending back the heaters and sending me replacements. She wasn't able to accommodate me even though had spent over £1600 and was happy to wait for delayed arrival of the two heaters. I provided pictures as proof and also mentioned that the courier also had pictures to validate how they arrived to my property. I am really really disappointed and saddened at how Louise outright refused to offer me a goodwill gesture given that how the good arrived to me from the heatershop. I wasn’t able to raise this within 48 hours due to a family emergency and then them being closed on the weekend. Any normal company with proper customer service standards would have replaced the goods and cover the costs but so far I have been outright refused on this typical standard request. I was given no apology on how the arrived just told i should send them back and cover the costs if i wanted replacements in a sealed box. Also looking at previous reviews it’s looks this has happened before to other customers whereby products have arrived in unsealed boxes and they have blamed the courier. Not sure who is at fault here but surely if it is the couriers fault DX you would consider changing courier in handling your goods to avoid you customers facing any issues?

I also emphasised to Louise that I was very accommodating in waiting for the two delayed heaters which were supposed to arrive w/c 11th October as they were out of stock.Even though I was told they would all arrive at the same time on my initial order. Her response was you knew there were out of stock. I was like no you took payment of order and the website made no indication they were out of stock and needed ordering in.

The way she spoke to me was shockingly rude considering.

I continued to question how they could provide such a poor service to a customer spending that much money.

I also asked Louise to provide me in writing our conversation agreeing to cover any issues as the two heaters came from unsealed box. But had no formal email on this so far.

To the owner of this company please look into your so called customer service staff in particular Louise Johnson, and also assess how you look after your customers who spend a considerable amount of money with you.

Ordered a cylinder via the heater shop web site. Was given a date for delivery. Then received an email with a different delivery date. Failed delivery 20/2 then again 22/2. This has cost us embarrassment with our customer who had taken days off work, not to mention an engineers time driving to London to collect a new cylinder all in all a 5 hour round trip! Complaint put in! Will never order again. Poor customer service poor delivery.

A very terrible trading experience with this company. I bought an item (Reina Neva Single Anthracite Vertical radiator) due to be delivered on 4/12/2020. It was never delivered neither was I notified. After chasing the company, eventually the item was delivered on 22/12/2020, by which time the workman had completed the bathroom and left!
I advised the company I no longer require the item and I was conveniently ignored despite several further emails until today! Edison is asking me to now pay £35+vat for an unwanted item to be collected. Fair? No! Good Customer Service? Never. RATING - Less than 0. Avoid this company unless you are donating your money to them! I am lumbered with a product I have no use for.

I was a bit dubious due to mixed reviews here, but I ordered 5 tigo optimisers from solar trade sales online, (same company) they were the best price I've seen anywhere, and were delivered promptly next day by DX, would not hesitate to use again.

Very poor experience unfortunately. Almost no coordination with their courier DX Express. Took three days of the product being delivered to the wrong address before it was finally delivered in a very poor condition.
Called the customer service line to let them know about the situation and they couldn't have been less interested. Will not be using again.
