We used EE Renewables through a Solar Together Hampshire recommendation. They have been excellent throughout the process. The back office are very efficient and we once we had our survey and proposal the wait time for installation was only a few weeks after accepting the proposal. The installers on the day worked very hard to get the 12 panel installation and battery installation completed, and we were up and running within the day. The workmanship was undertaken to a very high standard. We used the opportunity to have some ridge tile repairs undertaken whilst the scaffolding was up and our roofer was very positive about the care that had been taken compared to some installations he has seen.

We had some anticipated issues at the end with getting the app set up as there is no mobile reception in the basement where the inverter and battery is installed but the team ordered in some additional tech and sent out a further engineer to sort this within a few days. The communication has been really good throughout the process particularly if an engineer has been running late.

We have recommended them to a neighbour who is interested in getting a similar setup.

Obtained several quotes, EE came in very competitive. From getting a quote to placing the order there was never any pressure, just good clear helpful information when I asked for it. These guys will talk to you and answer any questions in a very understandable way.
After placing the order the installation was swift and efficient, whole job with 12 solar edge panels completed in 2 days.
Certification arrived promptly after that.
Called to report one of my panels not running as efficiently as the rest, they came out within 2 days and repaired (replaced?) the panel.
And I have to say I’m loving the solar installation. I have an Electric vehicle and the savings I’m making are quite incredible.

Even though EE Electricals has only received a few positive reviews, all of which looked great, I opted for their services based on those reviews and due to them being close. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The engineers, while polite and friendly, it was a brief visit they popped their heads in my loft room, climbed a ladder, and that was the extent of it. £150 call out for that seems a bit steep to me.

I accommodating there cancelled / rescheduled appointments, I had lack of communication and only received a "report" after additional chasing. This report didn't actually explain what the fault was? The quote did then come over for repairing my very small setup which exceeded a grand. Seeking a second opinion, I managed to get the work done for more than half the cost elsewhere.

I'm due to be paying "reluctantly" the flying visit call-out fee, because I guess legally I have too.

I don't know if they deem themselves as a "Premium" supplier or simply over priced the job as they were to busy or were not interested in the Job.

EER was commissioned by Solar Together London to take over the solar installation at my house when GET-UK ceased trading leaving me with a non functioning and incomplete system. Their approach was efficient and professional from start to finish and I now have a fully functional system thanks to them.

Very highly reccomended.Before seeing EE renewables we saw a number of the hard sell companies wanting to install our solar panels. Most gave us conflicting stories and lots of pressure to buy, this was not the case with EE renewables. Realistically priced, we were sent the quote which met our request and then left to make our decission, no pressure, no drama. Installation was carried out quickly and very professionally done. We are very pleased with it. Clean and tidy installation inside and out. We are debating adding more panels onto another roof and will go directly to EE renewables as there is no other company for us. Simon and his team will not let you down.

EERenewables fitted my solar panels and battery earlier this year. This morning at 0845 hrs I noticed the system had shut down. I reported it to the company at 0900hrs. By 0930hrs the system was again working. By1130hrs they had discussed the problem with the system managing company and advised me on future activity. Can not ask for a better customer support.
