They attended very quickly; the guy who came was efficient and friendly but I had to book someone to come back to sign off a missing blanking plate (which should take seconds) and they have charged me £79 - ouch!

Very easy to book any combination of certificates for a time slot. The engineer arrived on time and called with an ETA 30min before arrival. Following a failed electrical certificate the quote to upgrade to a pass was reasonable and also carried out on time and to the price quoted. As a landlord this is a great service and I am now using regularly. Recommended.

As a landlord, I have used Efficient Home Energy twice now for Gas Safety Certificate. They have reasonable prices, communication was great from booking to receiving the actual certificate and no complaints from the tenants. Will definitely use them again.

I am delighted with the service provided by Efficient Home Energy. Their communication throughout has been superb and especially Joshua's patience in dealing with my initial concerns. Having been advised during a quote from another company that it was a complicated job Ervis arrived, went through my options and continued without fuss to complete a tidy and efficient job - no fuss job done! He was polite, very efficient and kept me informed throughout. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend to friends and family.

Efficient Home Energy provided an excellent service from the first phone call to the end of a very good job. I booked them to provide an EICR and follow up electrical repairs. Their communications were first class, with someone always available on the phone to discuss the work. Their contractors were most efficient and considerate and so I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

Excellent service from this company from the call centre to the engineer. Notable mention to Abdul, one of the Engineers that took my call to rearrange a time to carry out a GSR.
