Drivers were great and helpful. The original booking of a time slot worked well for me. Collection less so, I phoned up twice to explain the skip is behind private gates so I need to book a collection slot but both times this was ignored and drivers turned up when I was at work. The final attempt they still turned up randomly on a Saturday when I asked them to collect Monday Mir ing but luckily my partner was home. Not a good collection experience as they just didn’t listen and accommodate my schedule.

Recently had a property that was end of tenancy, but unfortunately left with quite a bit of mess. Due to time constraints and being let down by a few companies I needed a skip as quick as. IN come EFR very easy process with 5 out of 5 customer service. They were able to arrange a large skip on to my drive (very competent drivers aswell) and once it was full it was collected pretty efficiently there's nothing worse than a skip just seemingly abandoned and you need to get round it. THANK YOU VERY MUCH EFR AND WILL HOPEFULLY USE YOU AGAIN!!

3 stars because they charge extra for bulky electric items. (I should have just left my oven for the scrap man really and had it taken for free.) Also they were going to charge me an extra £20 to have the skip collected early which is silly. I said ok I'll just keep it for the full 7 days then and they forgot to collect it anyway, so had to phone again to remind them.

Diabolical. No sense of service. The skip was hired by our builder who has also spoken to them twice. We have rung 5 times and despite this it's now 3 weeks and it's still here. We have been lied to about collection times. Incompetent management who will offer you nothing but fake apologies, but no actual help. This really is a shambolic company who you should avoid like the plague. Why take the risk,especially when there are so many outfits to choose from.
