I was very happy with the service and quality provided by Sam at Ekinect who carried out a recent solar panel installation at a property I manage! Having rang around many companies Sam responded promptly to my messages/questions and asked me lots of relevant questions since we were having to replace a system already in situ. I found him to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I understood the benefits and the technical details. The installation hit a bit of a bump on the way but this was immediately resolved and the installation was completed as scheduled. Sam and his colleague were punctual and respectful of our property, and the area they worked in. It was clear they took pride in their work, which showed in the careful setup and testing to ensure everything was working at maximum efficiency. Price wise they were competitive so that coupled with the exceptional customer service I received made these guys stand out above all others.

ekinect have been exceptional from start to finish with the installation of solar panels on my home. The level of service and professionalism they provided is second to none; from the initial discussions to the completion of the installation, they have been patient, respectful and knowledgeable at every step.

The customer service I have received throughout the process has been incredible. During the initial consultations, they took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of solar energy, assess my specific needs, and address any concerns I had, ensuring I fully understood every part of the process. They were also able to provide a highly detailed (and accurate) breakdown of costs, potential energy savings (my costs have halved, and I actually received a negative bill in the summer), and a realistic timeline for the installation.

I’d highly recommend having a battery system installed too, it felt like a sensible decision for us, on the basis the house is normally empty for large chunks of the day, and it is more cost effective to store the energy and use it later (stored energy is worth more than what our supplier would pay us for over-produced energy), which means that the payback period actually decreases too!
