Not even worth 1 star. Had given the contract for home insulation to Elanworth limited and not only had to wait 6 months for the work to begin - though we were told work would be completed within 2 weeks of the scaffolding going up. The contractors have been inexperienced and at first didn’t have a clue on how to do the job. After an initial complaint, after waiting 6 months the contractors were changed. Though they completed the job. My house has been left in a mess, after speaking with their contact as I was given, they’ve lied about visiting the property when I have proof no one’s come to collect anything.

I would not recommend anyone use this company as they’ve caused more stress and problems then resolve nothing granted this was a government funded project, go with any other company and I would urge people to stay away from Elanworth so that you don’t have to suffer the problems I’ve been suffering with with this company and they’re contractors.

1 star. Had given the contract for home insulation to Elanworth limited work took 7 months to finish though we were told work would be completed within 2 weeks of the scaffolding going up. The contractors have been inexperienced and at first didn’t have a clue on how to do the job. After an initial complaint after my house has been left in a mess they’ve lied all along come one day don’t come for another few days and weeks they say there manger give them orders where to go which is also a lie.

The mangers and people who they call them self inspectors don’t have a clue keep changing they mind they don’t explain what need to done.
I would not recommend anyone to use the company it’s stress full for everyone and leave mess everywhere. 🙏🙏
