Outstanding Service from Daniel at Electech Engineering Services!

Daniel recently came to replace my internal fuse boards, and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in his approach. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood what was being done and why.

The quality of his workmanship was top-notch, and he left everything neat and tidy once the job was complete. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work, and I felt completely confident that the job was done to the highest standard.

We recently had Electech Engineering Services complete electrical works at our warehouse, and we couldn't be more impressed! Daniel and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. Their workmanship was excellent, and their attention to detail was clear throughout the entire install.

What truly stood out was Daniel's excellent communication and timekeeping, he kept us informed every step of the way and ensured everything was completed on schedule. It’s rare to find such a reliable and skilled team, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Electech again in the future. Highly recommended!

In October 2024, Daniel installed an EV charger at my property. The initial installation date was cancelled on the day of the appointment, at 9:19 am, due to the charger not arriving. This caused me considerable inconvenience as I had rearranged my work schedule to be present. A rescheduled installation took place the following Saturday.

While the charger itself works, the installation process was ultimately frustrating and incomplete. Daniel made alterations to my consumer unit, including moving fuses and adding an RCD. This required updating the consumer unit labelling so I could identify which fuse controls which circuit. Daniel informed me he did not have the necessary stickers to relabel the fuses at the time and promised to return to complete this task.

Despite numerous subsequent messages where Daniel agreed to return and finish the job, he repeatedly failed to do so. He has been unresponsive to my messages since December.

This lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable. The unfinished work has left my consumer unit improperly labelled. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and far more trouble than it should have been. I would strongly advise against using Daniel's services.

Had a new boiler fitted and Daniel did the electrics to programme it all in. Nothing was too much trouble, he was on time, worked non stop, tidied up after him.
