Raphael is a very knowledgeable guide in the world of heat pump and retrofitting. He was one of the few poeple I talked to, out of maybe 20 'experienced' retrofitting professional, who just made sense and could give me answers and explanations in plain English. I felt much better informed after working with him, and in a much better position to make an informed decision about next steps. I would recommend him to anyone planning a big retrofitting project, and who wants to know all the advantages and drawbacks in relation to their personal circumstances.

Raphael did a thorough survey of our home. He sent us our heat pump plan shortly afterwards. The plan is well structured, very informative, containing lots of useful information to help us with our decision. In the follow-up consultation Raphael answered all our questions and gave some very helpful advice. He is thorough, personable and I would highly recommend him if you want someone to give you independent, insightful advice about the viability, benefits and implications of installing a heat pump in your home.
