Great company, I had an issue either the delivery of the first radiator, phoned for help, they sorted it out and the radiator was delivered the next day, they also called me back to check it had been delivered. Brilliant customer service.
Loved the simplicity of the IQ Ceramic radiator, easy to program via one of two Apps, now bought a second one.
This is now my go to store, definitely recommend them 5 stars all the way.

High product failure rate and the company hides behind a one year warranty. Considering these products are only used in the colder months a one year warranty does not cover very much, making these heaters a very expensive disposable product.

I bought over 10 of the Ecostrad IQ ceramic heaters and needed 5 replacing.

I requested a replacement for a recurring problem with a heater I had received as a replacement for a previous faulty heater.

ELECTRIC radiators Direct hid behind the fact that they had already replaced a faulty heater so wouldn’t replace this faulty heater.

Electric radiators direct seem happy to keep supplying heaters that don’t last very long and hiding behind a one year warranty.

I’ll be buying more robust products from a different company in the future.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful, the products arrived next day on time and even though one had to be returned and an alternative ordered with was done with minimum fuss and swiftness without any inconvenience.

Ordered these and they arrived very quickly. Just had them installed 02/03/2024. They were easy to set up and have a much better programmability than our hive hub for water radiators we had. They heat up instantly but seem to be taking longer to heat the room then with normal radiators. Only time will tell if they will save us any money over gas getting. Hopefully the efficiency and flexibility with programmes and the individuality of them will counteract the gently higher tariff charges. Also feel better about not being reliant on gas for the environment

Brilliant customer service. And a great range of products. Great advice received to help me choose my radiator. When it arrived, it had been damaged by the courier. The customer service team were excellent - getting a replacement out next day and arranging to pick up the damaged item. Can't fault them. Highly recommended.

An absolute joke of a company [Fraud] Avoid!! At all cost they took £525 of my money and didn't return within 7 days they than sent me an email and said this will be back to you within 24hours and it still hasn't been done they lie to you and delay everything they can you can not trust this company AVOID completely.
