Mike was quick to respond and provide quotation. He took the time to evaluate the job, advised us on options and giving us time to decide. No pressure. We agreed on triple split unit and we chose the day suitable for us as customers. Mike was on time, respectful to the flooring remove his footwear and used dust sheets. He worked all day not even a break. Mike completed the job on time explained the functionality of the units, warranty, services, contact information, best user settings and removed all waste.
We will highly recommend him as a professional, he was curious and polite.

Mike installed 2 units at my home in 2024 and an additional unit in 2025. Very clean, neat and tidy, all units fitted efficiently, professionally and look great. I would recommend this Company for aircon every time, prices very competitive and Mike offers a great service during installation and with aftercare. I suggest Elementis is the best Company in S Wales region for aircon and should not be overlooked by anybody thinking of purchasing aircon for their home or business. Big thank you Mike. 5 stars everytime.

Michael installed our split unit just before winter last year and we have bene really happy with it. Just brilliant from start to finish, i was only looking for a cost to have air conditioning installed. a date was set and their Engineer turned up at the exact time agreed, measured the rooms for the install and advised on unit type required and price. we discussed the cost and my budget and over a few days agreed a cost and install date. on the installation date their engineer turned up on time and install was completed over one and a half days. just a brilliant friendly professional service throughout. the unit we had installed for upstairs and down stairs also had heating and dehumidifiers along with air conditioning. we have had the units for just over a week now, heating works brilliantly (heat pump) as does the dehumidifiers. roll on the hot summer. i would without any reservations fully recommend this company for your air conditioning needs, we also asked about annual servicing which was very reasonable and was one of the factors to going ahead with the installation.

Used Elements Air Conditioning to sort out our conservatory old story warm in summer cold in winter, Mike came out and measured up the conservatory and then explained what was needed, for a small company found them very professional and it wasn’t long before work got underway. I can now sit there without cooking or freezing to death. Thanks Mike for your help.
