SAP Assessor - A good, informative, well structured course preparing you for a career in the energy industry. The delivery of the online learning was professional and done at an inclusive pace for those who perhaps were not able to process the information as efficiently as others. The support provided during the assessment stage when compiling the portfolio was magnificent. Trish Hunter was my assessor. She was always on hand to offer guidance and support either vie the direct messaging system or over the phone. Would highly recommend.

They have been brilliant, I was able to access all the information I needed very easily and the assessor (Caroline) and helpdesk are easy to reach and very helpful with any questions I had. I was a domestic energy assessor with Elmhurst for one year and 9 years with stroma before the acquisition.

I've had a terrible experience with them. They ignore emails. They will fail all your audits for silly reasons. They will target you if they don't like you. Very strange experience with these people. They will ignore emails as well, I had to chase up 10x over 2 weeks to get a suspension lifted. Better to go for quidos.

Great training in person when I undertook the Level 1 Air Tightness Testing course. The instructor was clear and gave time to everyone, especially one's like myself who were new to the environment. I have since completed an online course also and it was very straight forward, easy to manage and good for time. Would 100& recommend Elmhurst to others looking to get into the energy sector.

Elmhurst Energy has many courses and I did 'ABBE On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA)'. The four-day online course was taken by James which was engaging, and each slide in the presentation included a thorough explanation, which kept me motivated the entire time. The course structure was well-organized, making it easy to follow. Michael's (First assessor) feedback was always straightforward and constructive, which made it easier for me to understand the issues. His recommendations for a particular documents and its page number were really beneficial. I appreciate the quick replies as they allowed me to modify my work on time. The resources provided were educational, informative and detailed and was handy enough for all the tasks. Overall, the training, resources and the feedback are all extremely prompt and helpful, which allowed me to finish my portfolio ahead of schedule.
