Frekkeste resepsjonisten jeg har vært borte i! Denne dama ga spydige kommentarer, himlet med øyne og vet absolutt IKKE hva service er. Venninnen min spurte om noe med visum og henne svarte med «kan du ikke lese» (det sto på spansk)Vi møtte på andre som skulle hente visum som fortalte at denne damen alltid var like sur og gretten så skal dere hit er det bare å puste med magen.
Ambassadøren på andre siden var ekstremt hyggelig og hjelpsom og vet virkelig hvordan man gir bra service!!. Dumt at det er resepsjonisten man er nødt til å forholde seg til i mindre saker.

Utrolig trege. Ikke stol på disse dersom du vil ha visumet ditt i tide til du drar. Vi drar om få dager og har ennå ikke fått visum på tross av at vi søkte for mange uker siden. Veldig frustrerende.
