I bought a fire in 2024 and it was fitted professionally and worked fine however there was some staining to the surround caused by oil burn off from the fire in its early stages. However this continued and it did not stop. Gazco, with whom the warranty was with, refused to change fire as they said the type fire fitted was not compatible with the surround. This is disputed by Emberz. However notwithstanding Gazco's refusal to honour the warranty Emberz replaced the fire with a new fire and fire surround at no cost. There customer service has been nothing short of excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like a gas effect fire fitted.

Went into the showroom and received friendly helpful advice, after making our selection a survey was arranged along with a date for installation and a small deposit was paid. The survey happened on the day at the time advised and no issues were discovered. Installation happened again on the day and time advised. The installer was friendly, efficient and very clean and tidy. We are delighted with our new fire and would recommend Emberz .

We started with an email enquiry & the response was fantastic with ideas and photos sent back along with an expectation of possible costs. When we went in store Lacey & her team were excellent and showed us in person what we could have for the space we had and also provided expert advice of what would look nice. There was no pressure - just a management of expectations to meet your needs. Installation team were excellent, couldn’t praise them enough. Respectful, engaging, diligent and provided a high quality result and advice. My wife has always wanted a log burner for so long and now has her dream one installed. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Great straight talking advice from Lacey re our needs and choosing the right stove. Getting a stove installed is not cheap, but these guys were the best price locally by a pretty big margin. When having the stove fitted and alterations made to the fireplace , Lewis ( who knows his stuff) turned up on time, did the job to a very high standard. I don't tend to give reviews, but this company deserves the 5 stars. Thanks guys. Mike.

Emberz Fire Places is excellent, professional & great efficient installation.
My partner and I was sourcing for log burner recently and came across Emberz on Google and also shortlisted a few other companies.
We went up to the shop at Waterlooville to make inquiry as our chimney sweeper highly recommend Emberz Fire Places. He was right!
We were met by lady boss, Lacey who is professional and very knowledgable that both myself and my partner was truly impressed.
My partner immediately confirmed the order.
The survey came very swiftly and completed in 10 minutes.
Then came Lewis who knocked to open up the fire place. Lewis did a remarkable job! He is so thorough building the fire place area ready for the log burner.
Lewis is so tidy and also plastered the fire place area neatly.
He is so knowledgeable provide good advice. Again my partner and I are so impressed.
With Lewis's advice my partner painted the fire place area as best he could be.
The following few days, Lewis retured to install the log burner to the most efficient installation and provided my partner with more information how to look after the log burner, even suggested to get valiant moisture meter to test on the logs which we wouldn't have known.

Have always wanted a log 🪵 burner or fireplace and after I had my central heating replaced and the old back boiler removed that was my chance haven’t looked back this company is ace top of their game from start to finish extremely professional all round. Highly recommend

I saw a competitively priced gas fire on their website. As my house is being renovated I called to ask if they would hold the fire until I was ready for it, Lacey said it wouldn't be a problem so I placed the order which was over three months ago. I called last week and we agreed a delivery day. It was delivered today as promised together with an offer of help or advice should our installer have any issues with the installation. What great service
