Truly amazing service. Tim arrived (through thick snow) literally within an hour or so my making my order on line. He was charming, cheerful and totally efficient. If you need heating oil in any weather at short notice from a charming, friendly company then this is the team. Very clever bespoke vehicle too for transporting and deploying the oil safely, quickly and efficiently. Thank you and well done Tim and the team.

We needed more heating oil quickly to run our business . I ordered it online to pick up which was 40 minutes away. I got a phone call from Tim saying he was the other side of us and was happy to drop it in on his way through. This allowed me to get on with my day and when he arrived he loaded the oil for us so there was no mess and also managed to put more in for us then what I would of been able to pick up.
This all happens in a space of a couple of hours so it was fantastic.
I did ring couple of other places first saying on their website they could deliver that day but that was false they all said 4 or 5 days time.
Not this company though I would recommend them every time.

Excellent service. We had oil ordered but we’re unaware our tank holds 250l that sits at the bottom - so we ran out before our delivery was due! Heating Oil today came to our rescue and delivered oil on the same day - keeping us updated from the word go! A professional service that we will not hesitate to use again in an emergency. We just moved in and there was no oil in the tank and the place was freezing. Spending our first night in our new home was not a great experience.

We ordered some heating oil from Same Day Services. Not only did Tim run through how to top up my oil tank (first time owner of oil heating) but he made the fantastic effort of coming over to our home which was over an hours plus drive away. He got our boiler started and we now have a warm home.

This kind act of kindness was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. My wife and me were totally drained and very tearful, but Tim calmed us down. What a kind and lovely person, and he didn’t even want anything from us for his time. Fourth emergency service and thoroughly recommended. Thanks again Tim from Patrick and Marina.

We ran out of heating oil on a freezing cold Saturday afternoon. Tim came to our rescue and delivered 500 litres of oil within 4 hours. He was incredibly transparent and explained the cost of the oil would be more expensive than a normal delivery (as you would expect) but he was the only company we found that would deliver on the same day. Amazing service and lovely to find such an honest and customer-focused business. Thank you Tim.

Tim and Diane could not have delivered a better service. They responded to my request for heating fuel within minutes of my placing an order on line and they delivered within the hour. More than that, they knew how to get the air out of the system and spent the time to get our boiler working .
