Best customer service I’ve ever received! I had very little time spare after being turned away everywhere else in Andover after going everywhere in Basingstoke the day before and he was able to solve my ps problem which I had been struggling with for months ! without an upfront payment! in such a short amount of time! very grateful for this man’s help and support in any questions I had following the repair! An absolute rapid turn around on fixing my PS5. My PS needed to have the Liquid Metal replaced and a good service to stop it from overheating. Dropped off at 1030 and I had it back and fixed by 1300. Great value for such a rapid turnaround. 👍

Honestly Emmanuel’s quality of work, prices and customer service is second to none. He sorted my laptop issues after about four returns to the seller couldn’t fix it (it switched off due to overheating) and he is always readily available to answer my computer questions. He is also comfortable with windows and unix operating systems / dual boot machines. I’ve never had this quality of service from any other computer shop, only from a family friend! 😊 You won’t need another shop again if you go with this one.
