Called beginning of the year very helpful. Went this time rude staff on the frount desk making you feel unwelcome. Went to weigh scrap in and got told can not unless the brass is off the copper no-one has told me this last time I was there with no problem and no signs up to tell you this

Bit off funny one came to scrap a car and wanted to ask 100 questions and had a problem with 2 wheels missing wanted v5 and what not. Ended up going to Bradford waste traders just throw and go. But these guys pay better money for alloys and batteries

I took my car in here after being recommended by a friend. After arriving I was rudely spoken to by the lady in the front office. It felt like she just trying to belittle me and be condescending. I will not bring anymore of my cars here after being spoken to like this. I told my friend who firstly recommended me and he told me she is known to be like that. Good service for scrapping my cars and very organised. just not spoken to correctly

If your car ever gets stolen don’t call the police come to emr. every week they take stolen cars in and crush with out keys and paperwork. This site needs shutting down.

When I rang in the morning the lady said I had to register an account and that would take about 10/15minutes ,WELL IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR apart from that job done n hopefully next time will be quicker 🥴
