Needed an EPC doing urgently for a property that was due to be rented in a few days. After telephoning Energess, they reacted quickly and efficiently to get the job done, and the certificate put on the website for me to download. Very friendly people, nothing was too much trouble and a pleasure to do business with. Was able to start the tenancy as planned thanks to them. I contacted Energess on Thursday for a commercial EPC and we agreed an appointment the following Monday.
