Why is there no weekend service or at least someone we can contact. Small children, no heating and no hot water, absolutely disgusting service. If we could give - 0 stars we would.

Extremely poor customer service. Set up a standing order for a monthly payment which you have to keep an eye on as some months they don’t even credit your account then others they do not credit full amount. A disgrace!!
