As a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in design, performance, inspection, and university teaching in the UK and abroad, I wanted to leave my feedback after approximately 12 months of completing the work by Energy Efficiency Group Ltd. This delay was intentional to evaluate the durability and quality of the materials and workmanship, as, in my experience, defects in construction often become apparent only after some time—especially for extensive work like that carried out on my property.

Energy Efficiency Group Ltd undertook a range of energy-saving measures for my home, including loft insulation, external wall insulation, flat roof insulation, and upgrading radiator thermostats. I am pleased to express my highest gratitude to Juggy, the company's director, for managing a team that delivered not only high-quality materials and workmanship but also exceptional customer service. Gareth and his team exhibited professionalism, friendliness, and a commitment to fulfilling customer needs.

While I noticed some minor issues during the work, these were promptly and courteously addressed once brought to their attention, often incurring additional costs for the company. However, they never asked me to pay beyond the very fair and reasonable price initially agreed upon. This stands in stark contrast to other builders who often unfairly demand extra payment for even minor changes.

Over the years, I have dealt with many builders, contractors, and companies across a wide range of construction projects, and without a doubt, I can confirm that Energy Efficiency Group Ltd is one of the best in the UK. Although they are understandably busy with multiple projects, I firmly believe it is worth being on their waiting list for a few weeks to ensure your work is done to the highest standards. Rushing to another company for quicker completion might save time initially but could lead to long-term problems and dissatisfaction.

Exceptional Work from Robert and his team. I’m happy with the results on the external wall insulation. Professional from start to finish left and left the property clean and tidy. The work took under two weeks to finish. Everything internally was efficiently sorted as well as the company sent out gas engineers and electricians out at the same time. Would highly recommend Energy Efficiency.
