Was let down by another company so gave this company a go. Excellent value and delivery service. Received a beautiful green decorative bulb that would have cost at least 25% more for similar quality and size elsewhere. Will order more when I decorate the rest of the house!

These people go by the name of ‘Strictly Lamps’ on eBay,
I wondered why they go under a different name on there, it allows terrible customer service, I bought a lamp from them that was faulty from the start as the fixings are plastic so cannot be tightened, so the lamp sits lopsided. all I wanted was new fixings, and they said as I didn’t report in the first 5 days they are not prepared to deal with it.
Disgusting customer service.
Don’t use them unless you want that and cheap products that are not fit for purpose!

I ordered two pendant lights.

All seemed to be going ok with the order and then I heard nothing at all. When I contacted them, it appears they had no stock and would have no stock in for 10/12 weeks. They didn’t inform me. Just waited for me to ask!

So I asked for a refund and I still do not have it!!

This is why I only use Amazon. At least when things like this happen, you know the money will come back. I am fed up emailing the company.

Would not recommend.
