Unlike most gyms, this one didn’t feel intimidating at all when we first walked in—it was the complete opposite of what I expected. The atmosphere felt welcoming from the get-go. The staff were not only super professional but also genuinely friendly and supportive. Big love to Chris, Vicki, and Sharon—they were so easy to talk to and helped us out with every little question we had.

Even though I wasn’t nervous about joining, I was honestly surprised at just how calm and inviting the vibe is. It’s got that peaceful energy that actually motivates you to turn up and train—not something you find everywhere trust me I know its the 3rd gym I've tried to join.

The gym is loaded with top-quality equipment and a huge range of facilities: think group fitness classes, relaxing saunas, sunbeds, and even a red light laser therapy room (yes, really!). The bathrooms are just as impressive—spotless, stylish, with modern showers, spacious changing rooms, and secure lockers.

Best part? It’s open 24/7, so you’re getting real value for your money. With a massive selection of machines, dedicated women-only zones and sessions, and so many ways to move, sweat, and feel good—this gym doesn’t just tick boxes. It makes working out something to look forward to.

Came in today on a day pass and honestly, the gym was absolutely amazing. Had one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time! The dumbbells and equipment were top quality and all working perfectly – no issues at all.

The vibe was great, the gym was super clean, and everything was just spot on. Me and my brother will definitely be signing up once our current gym memberships end at our current gym.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone who’s looking for a new place to train – you won’t be disappointed!

I was really nervous and anxious about joining, but to my surprise, I was welcomed with such warmth and positivity that all those nerves faded away almost instantly. From the very first visit, the environment felt calm and non-judgemental—something you don’t always find in gyms.

The staff were incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive—especially Chris, Vicki, and Sharon, who took the time to answer my questions and made me feel like I belonged there. That kind of support makes all the difference.

The gym itself is beautifully maintained, with high-quality equipment and a wide range of facilities. From energising group classes to women-only areas, relaxing saunas, sunbeds, and even a red light therapy room—it’s honestly impressive.

Even the bathrooms are spotless, modern, and well-equipped with lockers and showers, which shows they care about the full experience. Plus, the fact that it’s open 24/7 means it fits around any lifestyle, no matter how busy.

What started as a nerve-wracking decision turned out to be one of the best choices I’ve made for my wellbeing. This gym has completely changed how I feel about working out—it’s gone from something I dreaded to something I actually look forward to.

This gym has serious hygiene and maintenance issues. The toilets are frequently blocked with toilet roll, the showers are often out of order with missing drains and broken locks, and the equipment is old and rusty. Many other gyms offer better facilities at half the price.

I absaloutley love being part of this gym. The equipment is amazing and I love the way they have thought about the design .The nice lighting ( makes you not feel like your on show) makes me feel very comfortable .. any issue I have ever had has always been attended to by staff and management. It is nice to be in a gym where you feel safe and hurd. I would highly recommend this gym. The spar is the added bonus. My Happy Place.

I love this gym! I’m almost 36 and only just found my confidence over the last 12 months coming here as I don’t feel judged or watched when working out alone, all the staff are friendly and helpful & the classes are brilliant! My teenage daughters also come to the boxing classes here with max definitely recommend. Some refurbs been taking place lately which look amazing.
