I got in touch with the team to help me design a system for offgrid living on my sailboat and from initial chat through to design and install they have gone over and above to help me get exactly what I needed.
They covered everything from initially helping me understand how many solar panels I would need to reasoned recommendations for each product and the potential benefits of each taking into account our budget and space limitations to the final remote setup of the whole system.
Energy Monkey made an initially daunting plan really easy to understand and I would not have been able to complete the install without their expertise and support. Overall the service the team provides is excellent value for money!

Absolutely outstanding, I called on the Thursday and spoke to a very polite chap Who made a phone appointment for me The following day 1030 with an engineer.
Without fail the phone rang at10:30 and was welcomed by a very polite engineer call Jack.
Jack was probably one of the most polite and easiest Person I have ever spoken to on the phone I felt like nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to find the information that I required.
The whole experience was very pleasant and easy, Unlike many other businesses they called me back exactly when they said they would and as previously mentioned I was welcomed by a very welcoming voice of someone with extreme knowledge that helped and answered my questions.

I have received excellent service from Energy Monkey. Deliveries have been very prompt and any small omission has been sorted out immediately. Once my Victron/BSL system was installed (by a local contractor) Paul assisted them to get the system configured and updated properly, which the original design company had failed to do. After adding more capacity a few months later, I asked if it was possible to increase the maximum charging speed and Jack got straight to work.

I highly recommend this company. They have been very professional, friendly and competent at all stages of the project. I now have 20kWh of storage with whole home backup that works beautifully.

I found my appointment with Jack very helpful. He looked at my campervan, bought second hand and answered many questions I had about the existing solar setup and ways to improve it. He was patient and very knowledgeable and summarised the changes he had suggested in an email along with two recommended fitters without delay.
