I needed an EICR cert for a property sale. Antonio contacted me immediately and attended next day. He arranged to come back the following weekend with required supplies needed to upgrade the fuse box, before he could issue the cert. Super fast, polite and efficient service. Communication was good initially and work was promptly done. However, after replacing the bathroom extract fan on a tiled wall which is 1cm smaller than previous, the old and dirty silicon was left exposed without cleaning or scrapping off. He said there was no request for painting and plastering thus it was left as it is. My understanding is there is no plastering and painting involve too as it was a tiled wall but more effort can be put into understanding the job should be done and it should look good before going off.

Antonio very helpful and even provided an extra socket to replace a faulty one too, while carrying out the compliance test after upgrading the main consumer unit and re-wire or relocate the cooker switch and extractor socket to the correct location.

I would recommend anyone outside there should gives North Energy Ltd a tried for any electrical works that's need doing on home or business. You won't be disappointed and remember. You do not need to pay a deposit until everything is working.
