I’ve bin to see Jackie a few times recently as I’ve bin suffering with my mental health .. i can honestly say with her guidance on meditation she’s saved me a world of pain .. getting me to connect with my soul and release the nervous energy that gets built up over time ..
she’s a very friendly easy going individual who shares such a calming experience with her reiki practice .

Not sure what to expect, I booked a course of reiki sessions with Jackie. I felt comfortable and relaxed during all the sessions. I can honestly say, my pains were eased and I felt much better within myself after the initial course. I continued with a monthly treatment after the initial course, and continued to feel much better physically, mentally and spiritually. Jackie has a wonderful warmth surrounding her, and is very intuitive. I highly recommend her, she has a wonderful way of helping people to heal. If you’re dubious about trying reiki, Jackie will put you at ease in her lovely treatment room. Thank you Jackie, for the healing energy that you have shared with me 🙏

Today I had my first reiki session with Energy of Light. I’ve been meaning to have one for months and finally the time was right. It was like magic - Jackie has a special skill, I had no idea what it would feel like, and I don’t know how to describe it! She is clearly very talented at reiki. I’ve had 5 sessions with Jackie and can’t wait to come back. Going for Reiki with Jackie has been life changing and has helped my stress management immensely. Naturally I was a little nervous going for Reiki when I’ve never been before but Jackie radiates warmth and creates the most nurturing environment for the best experience. She put me at ease from the minute I met her and aided my process throughout the sessions. After the sessions I feel calm and free. She’s a real joy to work with and I trust her greatly. Jackie is an amazing healer who also has the gift of intuitive healing, which she combines with the Reiki. I felt very safe and comfortable, and was able to completely let go and trust the healing, and allow whatever needed to happen. I really felt that Jackie understood me well. I went for 3 consecutive healings which was beneficial and supportive, and I was always looking forward to the next healing! After the healing I felt so relaxed, calm and peaceful, and I could feel pains disappearing. It has been a great help for me to see Jackie and I’m really grateful. Thank you. 🙏

So I have only ever had one reiki session about 10 years ago off someone different . I researched my local area as I was feeling stressed and needed my energy levels lifting. I found Jackie and I have been absolutely blown away by both experiences I have had so far . When you meet her she instantly makes you feel at ease and everything feels very peaceful . The hours reiki session is unbelievable! I never told Jackie any specific areas to work on but she automatically found the areas with aches and pains and the feeling I have when she leaves is like she has lifted a weight off my shoulders . This is not an experience you can describe , but only one that everyone must try and experience for themselves . I know that I will have reiki for life now and feel very thankful I found the lovely Jackie . I would highly recommend her to anyone and I haven’t stopped taking about it to everyone 🙏🏼
