brilliant company , helped me with the set up for a new contract on my business and actually found out i was paying more than needed so we got a discount with another company. in this day and age every little helps especially with me being a small business owner. highly recommend and customer service was also amazing, the lady was lovely but i unfortunately didn't get her name

Scam company. Claim to be calling from E.ON and conned us into a contract even though we did not accept anything from this broker. Really hard to get in touch with them. When we emailed they said “they mentioned they were calling from Energy Services” which is untrue.

I would leave negative stars if i could. Lied to me saying they were calling from opus, the lady was informing me our company could save £40 plus a month on our bills, i was happy to do this providing this did not extend our current contract. I asked this multiple times to which she said it would absolutely not be extending anything only saving us money. Yesterday i received a 3 year contract starting September with standing charges through the roof, absolute lies from straight to finish and totally disgusting. Do not use this company, total liars and fraudsters and they will not be getting a penny of our money in broker fees. Opus confirmed they are a disgrace too. The numbers online not recognized and what a surprise the number they called me on is now not recognized. Shocking.

Zero stars but doesn’t give you option. Fraudulent and a scam. They called from an 01604 number like Opus who I am with saying they were Opus, avoided so many calls, finally got caught, said from Opus and had better rates, I asked them to confirm twice it wasn’t a new contact, they stated no then read off a statement you would have to have super hero hearing to be able to understand, they had to do this maybe 3 times to cleverly record me fraudulently to agree to new rates then received letter from Opus saying I’d agreed to a new contract starting next jan for 2 years. Con artists and liars making money from innocent people. Play back the section of recording they cleverly get but of course haven’t recorded all the lies they say before that they’re from Opus and no new contract. No cooling off period so I’m stuck with this now, Opus can’t do anything either but they should not accept any deals from this company. Do not touch with a barge pole.
