I have just had a conservatory done...and couldn't except more than the final work. Just one word to describe it: " Wonderful". Professional, good customer service, Respectful team, trustworthiness, and work done as planned. More than anything, I was really happy being to able to get in touch with the team anytime I wanted and I was being kept informed of every step during the building process. Top communication! After months of looking for the perfect door and a builder to meet our open porch requirements, a relative suggested we tried Energy Seal. What a fantastic team they are, excellent communication with Kate and Jane in the showroom, a visit from Dave to get the ideas planned out, Gary the surveyor, the builders and fitters. We absolutely love the job you did for us and the help you gave to get our project complete. We will be back when the next project begins! Highly rate them for every part of the job.

EnergySeal were recommended to us and we were not disappointed! Excellent customer service, fast turn around and superb quality products. We had the three windows upgraded on our main house and then our freshly built extension was fitted with six windows, composite front door (in purple!), side door and french doors out onto the garden . The front door arrived with the incorrect locking mechanism, this was changed very quickly. Would highly recommend. Massive thank you to Dave, Katie, Andy and the rest of the lads.

Absolutely fantastic company who I already have and will continue to recommend. From the start when Dave gave us a competitive quote to the finish when Jack and the lads were done I could not find 1 thing I was unhappy with. We had a big job done with all the facias, guttering, windows, doors inc conservatory changed and they managed it fantastically. Jack and the lads respected our property, were tidy workers, polite, hard working and did a top class job. Kate and Jane in the office were always on top of what was happening and kept me informed through the whole job. Massive thank you for an outstanding job - we love it.

We had several quotes before getting energy seal to come round, from start to finish they where friendly and professional there was no over “sell” or “pressure” which is what we liked however they did also beat all our over quotes, we are very happy with the canopy and porch

Right from when Dave came and gave us our quote, we knew we would be happy with our choice, he explained everything, then the girls in the office Kate & Jane they kept us up to date with when the guys would be arriving and what fitters we would be having on what day, and the guys who fitted them were absolutely amazing jack made us feel so comfortable, nothing was too much trouble, they cleaned up after themselves,and are so respectful of our home, we are so happy with all of our windows and doors, and would highly recommend,

Had a conservatory added to the house. From the start Dave was great very friendly, as a family run firm had the pleasure of meeting a few of his family and some of the guys who work for them who were all approachable and had great knowledge of all permissions and checks needed. Katie kept me fully informed of each step over the phone as with the others always with a friendly greeting.
Would highly recommend these guys if you want a quality product, a job done quickly but professionally and the peace of mind that they are a trustworthy company.
