worst service I've received in years! Ordered a product came through broken. Eventually someone replied amd managed to get it picked up. Still waiting on a refund 4 weeks later after 5+ emails chasing. Would've rather paid more for item elsewhere and had better customer service

Disgusted with this company. Ordered & paid for my goods 8th Jan, never received any confirmation of my order & payment.
Finally got through today & apparently order not even processed, they no longer stock the item ordered but nobody thought to get in touch to let me know.
I am now waiting for a refund, but if I hadn't called would they have just kept my money
I have given 1 star as it won't let you post with no stars!

Short story :
Bought Heatsinks for customer to install on 04/06/2021 expected to get this in few days .after week no info no shipping . Contacted customer service via chat and they said that was issue but will be shipped today for delivery tomorrow .Needles to say have customer waiting for this as work had to be completed till 13/06
obviously no items no contact ,also lost contract for the work as not completed on time ...
so :
if you looking for unreliable trash company with 0 support yeas this is exactly what you need !! If you need fast reliable service unfortunately you need to looks somewhere else as this is not the place you looking for

Think twice before you press "buy" from this "company"

Not impressed. Have been trying to claim a refund for items we did not receive. We have been trying for 2 months. Have tried calling all departments using the automotive service, with no joy stating that extension is busy.
When got finally got through, i was asked to call back. Explained that we will now take this further if this is not actioned today.
Cannot get through again and the chat service is off line.
