Very happy with the service provided by Ensign to replace an old water softener with a newer model. Good communication with the company and the engineer was excellent. He gave a good, clear explanation of what he had done and why - replacing the old pipes etc and demonstrated the new equipment. Definitely would recommend this company.

Although we had to wait a few months for the return of our newly rebuilt water softener unit, I cannot fault Brian who came on both occasions. He was polite, professional, clean & tidy and explained everything to us. An honest company to deal with

Another delivery today & the delivery driver was very helpful in bringing the bags of salt into our back garden & lifting them into the storage unit. Your excellent service continues.
The service from Ensign was excellent, from the original visit by the sales rep, who was able to answer our many questions, through the office staff who maintained helpful, friendly contact, to the installation engineer who carried out the work in a friendly, professional manner. Can't fault the service.

My daughter and I have both purchased Ensign water softeners in the last 3 years and can highly recommend them. 3 way taps also excellent. The alarm system when the salt needs topping up works really well and salt delivery service is brilliant.

Have had one of their softeners for 35years and in that time I had only a couple of issues with it one was sorted on the phone one by an engineers’ visit and in that time it was given a full service. All things come to an end and our softener decided to call it a day. I obviously went to Ensign and got a quote for a replacement and was more than satisfied with the price quoted which included a new machine, installation, bags of salt and a 5 year guarantee. The cost of the machine which included a trade in allowance was very competitive with other suppliers but given the level of service afforded to me by The Ensign engineers and the office I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. In this day and age it is still good to find companies who put customer care at the top of their list.

Needed to replace our drinking water intertap which I had purchased from Ensign some 7 years ago. Telephoned and spoke to Julie who was very helpful and knowledgeable on stock specifications and levels. Soon identified what we needed and product arrived three days later, well packed and with excellent instructions. Always a pleasure to deal with a nice, friendly family run business! Highly recommended.
